The Carolina H.E.A.T can't wait until Thursday!
Our flight to LA leaves at 7:45 in the morning, and we should arrive in California at about noon. We hope to document early that afternoon so we can rest up on Friday before US finals at 6:00 PM. World Preliminaries begin on Monday morning with the Junior Showcase and Junior Varsity Categories. Varsity competes on Tuesday. All athletes who qualify for finals (either category) will compete again on Thursday for the title of World Youth Aerobic Gymnastic Champion.
We will you keep you posted on what happens backstage, onstage, and everywhere in between!

results from Jennifer Sullivan...
Hello Carolina Heat friends, family and fans!Just spoke to Jen celebrating the accomplishments at Six flags in California!
Everyone left yesterday except the Sullivan family. With all the hard work that the coach and girls did, they needed a play day.
Anyway here is what you have been waiting to hear...
In the World Champion Competition:
JV team was awarded with the Bronze!!!!!
Vasity team was awarded with the Silver!!!!!
In addition, this is the first time the whole team advanced to the finals!!! Wow, what a sense of accomplishment. Hats off to the TEAM! We are so proud of you and if anyone has seen the progress, it has been me.
Can't wait for your return (-:
